HYDROCYCLONE FILTER

 APPLICATION

  • Utilized in agricultural as well as industrial and domestic applications.
  • Ideal for water sources that are contaminated with sand, silt and solid particles.
  • An added asset to filtration stations to minimize the frequency of the cleaning process of the sand and screen filters.
  • No parts incorporated, therefore negligible repair and maintenance works.

 MAIN FEATURES

  • Heavy duty non-corrosive all steel construction filter, epoxy painted.
  • Deploys a centrifugal action to the water flow, creating a tangential exertion of the solid particles to the periphery of the filter away from the outlet and into the sand-pit. Removing particales with weight greater than that of irrigation water.
  • Hydrocyclone filter is supplied with a male thread.
  • Including KIT: 1 Gate Valve and 1 Glycerine Manometer.

SCREEN FILTER

 APPLICATION

  • Utilized in almost all types of drip, sprinkler and micro-irrigation systems, due to its optimal economic & technical features.
  • Used particularly to filter inorganic impurities in irrigation water.
  • Its low cost and practicality renders it to be economically accessible and suitable to small and medium size projects.

 MAIN FEATURES

  • Body is constructed of heavy duty  epoxy painted.
  • The element is made out of PVC, and the screen is made from stainless steel  that is fitted into the element by special gaskets.
  • The screen filter is available in single or vertical double element filter.
  • Double element are available in 80, 100 & 120  mesh, the 2 cartridges assure any passing of inorganic particles, if any particle passed through the first one, it will be filtered by the second.
  • The filter incorporates a flushing port and its simple design allows for easy dismantling, replacement and maintenance.
  • Including KIT: 1 Glycernine Manometer  1 Valve.

VERTICAL SAND FILTER

 APPLICATION

  • Used to filter irrigation water fed from rivers, canals and stagnant water sources.
  • Efficient removal of bacterial sludge, algae and solid particles suspended in the water.
  • Designated for low budget projects due to its economic value, in particular for small medium irrigation systems.

 MAIN FEATURES

  • Made of non-corrosive steel, either epoxy painted.
  • Available in either manual or automatic back flushing systems.
  • Diffusers are installed on the under drain for optimal filtration and act as a screen filter to prevent passage of in-organic material.
  • Recommended to place a safety valve over 6 bar working pressure.
  • Nominal flow rate is determined by total surface of sand which equals to 1000 Lt/min per square meter of sand surface.
  • Kit Includes: 2 Glycerine Manometers, 2 Valves, 1 Airvent & Manifold.

HORIZONTAL SAND FILTER

 APPLICATION

  • Used to filter irrigation water fed from rivers, canals and stagnant water sources.
  • Efficient removal of bacterial sludge, algae and solid particles suspended in the water.
  • Especially designed for particular situations with very dirty water, cleaned through a pipe in which special nozzles are placed.

 MAIN FEATURES

  • Made of non-corrosive steel, either epoxy painted.
  • Available in either manual or automatic back flushing systems upon request.
  • Nozzles are installed on the under drain for optimal filtration and act as a screen filter to prevent passage of in-organic material.
  • Available in single or double chamber.
  • Double Chamber Sand Filter, allows for filtration to proceed in one chamber while cleaning takes place in the second.

FERTILIZER TANKS

 APPLICATION

  • Used for all types of drip, sprinklers and micro-irrigation systems.
  • Efficient to feed soluble and liquid fertilizers into the irrigation system through mixing the fertilizer with the irrigation water via a pressure differential or a booster pump, upstream of the screen or diskfilter.
  • In conjunction with a venturi or diaphragm injector, more accurate and precise injection of fertilizer and / or chemicals is achieved.

 MAIN FEATURES

  • Made of non-corrosive steel, either epoxy painted.
  • Available in horizontal or vertical types.
  • Incorporates an extra strainer for prevention of insoluble material entering the irrigation system.
  • Features a simple design to mix and inject fertilizers and chemicals into the irrigation system, upstream of the screen filter.
